Are your wood phone cases actually made of wood?

Yes, the housing of our phone cases is made using 100% sustainably sourced wood. We use Walnut, Padauk, Bamboo and Zebrawood. The wood grain means that no two cases are ever the same, so your case will be unique to you.

 


 

Can I have a credit card slot on the inside?

At the moment we don’t sell any flip phone cases with this feature but we have introduced this design to one of our iPhone 6 cases to see what people think. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us to let us know.

 


 

Can I have a bespoke phone case made?

Currently, we are unable to have any bespoke designs made, as this is a very large undertaking for 1 unit and would not be cost effective and very time sensitive. However, if you have a small business, event or occasion and would like us to brand your logo or design on multiple items using our laser engraver, then head to our Bespoke Branding page.

 


Where can I find sizing details?

You can easily find the size and details of every item we have listed on the website in each product listing. This is located halfway down the listing description and will include all measurements and weights for the item and any additional detail we can provide, to help you decide on buying the perfect item or gift.

We at KOVERED happily accept all major credit cards and also PayPal payments. You dont need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. We are proud supporters of Royal Mail and all orders are sent using their international services within 24 hours, excluding weekends and English public holidays.

 


How long does shipping usually take?

All our items are sent out using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery services. We are experimenting with our bags using DHL services within the UK and the USA. All orders can be “upgraded” in the checkout for “Tracking” or “DHL Express Shipping”:

UK                                          1 – 3 Working Days Monday-Friday*


Europe                                   4 – 7 working days    Monday-Friday


Rest of the World                 8 – 18 working days   Monday-Friday

How much does shipping cost?

All of our items are shipped from the UK.  Costs are automatically calculated and updated into your shopping cart based upon the following details and all this will be calculated in your local currency:

• Any shipping upgrades such as Tracking or DHL Express

Do your products come with a guarantee?

For peace of mind, ALL of our covers come with a 28-day guarantee. If there is an issue with your order, contact us describing the issue and include some photos. We will respond within 24 hours and review each case individually.

 

If your product is older than 28 days and you have a problem with it, then please get in contact with us. We are here to listen and want to our customers to be happy with their purchases. We appreciate all feedback and strive to treat every customer with a personal touch.

I bought the wrong thing, can I cancel my order?

Contact us with 12 hours of purchase and we will cancel your order for you.

 


 

What is your returns policy, just in case?

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, usually within 14 days of delivery. Although please note that personalised or customised orders cannot be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
